1. What is Dell's Qloset?
Dell's Qloset is an online resale boutique offering quality resale designer apparel and accessories for a fraction of the retail price! Some items are brand new with tags, most are recycled. Many of the items for sale are from my own personal closet; others are from fashion outlets, consignment & thrift shops, and estate sales. I search high & low, wherever I can to find upscale merchandise at a downtown price!

2. Are your designer labels authentic?
I make every effort to sell only genuine merchandise. For high-end designer labels, I look for the quality craftsmanship, as well as the logos, stamps and tags associated with an authentic product. However, I can ONLY vouch for the validity of my own personal items that I purchased for myself, and NOT items that were previously owned whose origin and acquisition are unknown. I have an astute discerning eye for the impostors, and will never consciously purchase, and try to pass off a fake as an original.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept PayPal, Google Wallet, and Stripe.

4. What is your Return Policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and I DO NOT accept returns or refunds, ONLY unless I have erroneously listed misleading information in my listing, (i.e., wrong size, color, brand, etc.) These exceptions require email notice and return within 24 hrs of delivery. I make every effort to describe items to the best of my ability so you know what to expect, and are satisfied with your purchase.

5. What method of shipping do you use?
All orders are currently shipped FREE to the USA only, via USPS First Class, or USPS Priority depending upon the weight/zip code, If you prefer other shipping arrangements - at your expense, ie, Priority Express, please email me before you place your order. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is always included regardless of shipping method for assurance, and the tracking number will be emailed to you when your package is prepared to ship. I will mail your order AFTER payment has cleared, within 2 business days, and attempt to get an order out within 24 hours. I do combine shipping on multiple items/orders to defray costs. Again, if you prefer other shipping arrangements or a different carrier - at your expense, contact me before you place your order, and I will expedite your package ASAP, AFTER payment has cleared. USPS First Class Mail & Priority Mail stated transit time is 1-3 days, however, unforeseen delays due to weather, etc can occur. Please keep this in mind if your package does not arrive within that time-frame. *Please ensure you have a complete correct delivery address. Dell's Qloset cannot be responsible for delays due to addresses deemed incomplete (Insufficient Address, Attempted--Not Known, Not Deliverable As Addressed, etc.)

6. Where are orders shipped from Dell's Qloset?
Orders are shipped from Southern California. Residents of California will be charged a 8.00% sales tax.

7. How are items packaged for delivery?
Items are packaged carefully and securely with the intent to be delivered in the same condition as when they were packaged. I use USPS Tyvek envelopes for Priority Mail or poly mailer envelopes for First Class to ship most light items, as well as the appropriate packaging materials necessary to protect and secure the items. Garments are wrapped in tissue to minimize wrinkling and inserted into a large Ziploc bag before going into a self-seal Tyvek or poly mailer envelope. Other non-clothing items are packaged accordingly to ensure safe delivery. *Dell's Qloset cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal carrier/transit process. Use your own discretion whether to purchase USPS Insurance.

8. Where do you find the apparel & accessories for sale?
The clothing, accessories, handbags & notions are acquired through various sources such as outlet malls, consignment & thrift shops, LA Fashion Dist, estate sales, and from my own wardrobe, of course. I look strictly for quality merchandise by popular designers, or unusual stand-out items that would appeal to someone with a taste for the unique.

9. How do you determine pricing?
As a given, most items for sale are at least 50% off the retail price. I take into consideration the designer, the resale value, the current trend/demand, the season, as well as the condition of the item. Items are described as New With Tags, New Without Tags, Pre-owned and either Excellent, Very Good, or Gently Worn Condition. If there are any flaws they will be pointed out so there are no surprises when you open your package.

10. How are measurements taken for apparel & accessories?
Measurements of apparel when listed are taken with the garment lying flat, UN-stretched, (then doubled for B-W-H.) Length measurements for dresses vary depending upon the cut/style, and can be taken from the shoulder, armpit, or front of garment, as noted. Length measurements for pants will include waist, hips, inseam, rise & leg opening, as noted. The measurements are approximate in many cases, due to variations in materials, cut/style of garment, darting (as in a bustline) that cannot always be precisely measured lying flat. Check the measurements, along with your own measurements just to be on the safe side, and do not rely on standard sizing, unless you’re certain of how you fit a particular designer. The mannequin stands 5' 4" from the top of the neck down to the feet, which are 3-inch tippy-toes and her measurements are 32"-24"-35”. With a head, she would likely stand 5’9” and be a size Small or 4. Larger size garments are sometimes pinned on the mannequin, bust, or hanging torso dress form, to illustrate the proper fit. These are just some factors to keep in mind when viewing the proportions of the apparel in the photos. Dimensions for handbags or other accessories will be appropriately noted.
